Keep Calm And Preserve Energy.

Everything is made up of energy. It forms a field that flows, connects and surrounds everybody and everything in the universe. We get energy from sleep, meditation, prayer. If the energy is directed in the right way, we can have enough energy for the functioning of the being.

Nothing comes for free. If not in the form of money, everything you do demands something or the other and mostly, your energy. It is unfortunate that the precious energy that we possess gets spent on useless things particularly, criticizing, gossiping, quarreling and its all in all, in waste.

When we’re energetic, we feel happy, relaxed and ready to do everything and on the contrary we feel lethargic, depressed, disturbed, dependent and what-not-bad! It is hence indispensable to understand and manage personal energy for the development of sound mind, life and body.

Why do we save money? So that it’ll be in use when it’s needed the most in the future. Think about how the saved energy will pay off when you most need it. If we balance our life by performing the needed activities and save the extra energy, this preserved energy will have wonderful contribution for the upliftment of conscience leading to material gains.

We might start be good eating, sleeping and exercising habits. Learn to be your own best counsellor. Choose the friendship of the people who make you feel better about yourself.

REMEMBER, what we value gets our attention and what gets our attention directs our energy.

Power Your Life

Heart: An American rock band that first founded success in Canada and later in United States and worldwide. Ann Wilson (lead singer) and Nancy Wilson (guitarist) rose to fame in the….WOAH wait a min! That’s not the “heart” I was thinking to write about!

Heart: The “muscular organ in humans and other animals”, which pumps blood throughout the body. Blood provides the body with oxygen and nutrients and assists in removal of metabolic wastes!

Your heart is at the heart of your health and it’s easy to give it the care it deserves. Just a few simple steps such as eating more healthily, take moderate amount of alcohol and shun smoking can improve heart health and overall well-being.

Follow Your Healthy Diet. You can help prevent heart disease by making healthy choices and managing any medical condition you may have.

Exercise Regularly. Regular physical activities can lower the risk factors including bad cholesterol, high blood pressure and excess weight! Exercises like Running, Jogging, Swimming, Cycling and Brisk Walking are good for heart.

Maintain a Healthy Weight. Maintaining a healthy weight can lower the risk. A general goal is a Body Mass Index (BMI) of less than 25. BMI between 25 and 29.9 is considered overweight, 30 or more, obese.

Quit Smoking. If you smoke or use tobacco, QUIT. Smoking can damage and tighten blood vessels, raising the risk of heart diseases.

Limit Alcohol Use. Avoid drinking too much alcohol, which causes high blood pressure.

Manage Stress. Research shows that the most commonly reported “trigger” for a heart attack is an emotional upsetting event; particularly one involving anger.

Stay Informed. The only Constant is Change. This is especially true in medicine as new techniques and new insights develop constantly.

Also drinking, smoking and overeating to cope with stress are not healthy. So in the end I’d quote, “Take care of the heart of your health and lead a happy life.”

The Game Theory: secret ingredient of SUCCE$$

How many of you play or have ever played a game on phone or PC? Dumb question right?ALL OF YOU HAVE!                                                                                                               Now, How many of you have resisted installing a game in the first place because of the fear of losing in it once or twice? (Is that even a question? A dumber one indeed.) NONE!

Then why do the same when it comes to life? What are you afraid of failing at? Taking risks? Doing something that doesn’t fits inside your comfort zone? Or the mistakes that you might make?

Yes alright, you will fail. There is 95%  good chance that YOU WILL but hey,

  • You Learn. You will get a direct understanding that is going stay with you in your long-term block which might be way better than reading any blog.

  • You Learn A Little More. Every time you fail, you learn about what approach you have to follow the next time. You realize “Yes I can go through it. I survived this and now I am ready for more.

  • You Get The Point. Most of the things you worry about will never happen. You will find that messing up is never as bad as you think it is.

  • You Stop Worrying About What Others Might Think. What is someone else going to say to stop you? “You might fail“. Now you’re free to say “I have tasted the failure once, this time let it be with extra mayonnaise!

You want the secret to succeed? Tripling your rate of failure might let you succeed! Life is just a game, sometimes you win, most of the times you Learn but the trick is to always get up and try again.

Learning to LEARN

1. The iPhones are changing, and so are the learning needs. You might die but the learning process is a lifelong process that continues even in your afterlife.
It happens in 3D’s of life; in Different stages, in Different forms, in Different arenas. In cradle you learn to come out, in grave you learn to stay put.
Today’s society is a Human Society which has its thrust on knowledge for democracy, peace and The Shawshank Redemption (Justice).

2. Lifelong learning is a provision of both stiff and friendly opportunities of learning to encourage continuous development and improvement of the knowledge and skills needed for personal fulfillment.

To keep up with the changing world and new challenges, a learner has to keep himself up to date with the new emerging knowledge.

3. Teachers (who we hated when we were teenagers) have a crucial role in lifelong learning sector. If you are one, value each learner individually and equally and provide BluRay (high quality) teaching by stimulating opportunities for learners.

If a teacher stops emerging himself then he stops emerging the students. Imagine a teacher who relies on 17th century technology and teaching the same to the class of 50 students encouraging them to rely on the same and those 50 are further passing that on to 2500 and those 2500 to 125000 then for them the day is not far when they would call an airplane as an unidentified flying object!

4. The teachers should use collaborative techniques, experimental learning, effective technology and reflective model. After the teacher puts plan into action there is no stopping for his students from landing on mars and become martians and create an army to invade earth’s core and extract the life of this planet! Have I gone too far?

The Very First

Been up late thinking of what to post but hey, who cares when you’ve had a healthy mix of carbohydrates for energy repletion right? or maybe there is a movie that you can’t watch during the day hours…
